I decided to launch a YouTube site to help share various life and energetic concepts which I found helpful along my own journey. The channel's purpose is also to assist in the spreading of beneficial knowledge to a greater audience than I am currently reaching. Most of the videos are quick 10 minute or less tips to hack this reality we currently find ourselves in.

Both myself and my husband are regular guests on various podcasts. Information on what we are currently working on will always be posted here and on my YouTube channel. We are also in the process of creating a regular podcast of our own. Bob has created his introductory episode for his podcast called The Switchboard. Stay tuned and check back regularly for updates!
