Recent Professional Training in P.E.H. Energy Healing

Yasmin's most recent advanced training includes certification in Pure Energy Healing (P.E.H.), and the Pure Energy Crystal Healing both of which are modalities developed by internationally recognized healer and psychic Mark Bajerski. Pure Energy Healing is a structured energy based approach that supports alignment of the mind, body, and inner awareness, while encouraging individuals to reconnect with their core values and sense of personal truth.

The Pure Energy Healing technique is intentionally simple and non-invasive. Sessions are facilitated through focused breathwork and intentional energy channeling, creating a supportive environment that may help raise energetic coherence and promote the body's natural capacity for self-healing. Rather than "doing healing to" a client, the practitioner helps establish the conditions in which clients can actively participate in their own healing process.

Yasmin's certification training consisted of an intensive four-day program, including formal instruction, guided practice, and supervised sessions working directly with clients to ensure both technical competence and professional integrity.

Pure Energy Healing is often used to support physical relaxation, emotional balance, mental clarity, and spiritual growth. Many individuals report feeling deeply relaxed during sessions, with some experiencing a gentle sense of energy flow or lightness afterward. Temporary physical sensations, such as subtle muscle movement, emotional release, or brief discomfort may occur as energetic patterns shift and tension is released. Some clients also experience a state of deep rest, referred to as a Pure Energy Restorative Sleep Pattern (P.E.R.S.P.), following a session.

Pure Energy Healing is a safe, non-touch, and non-invasive modality. The practitioner's hands serve as a channel rather than a point of physical contact, and sessions are grounded in calm presence, focused intention, and a respectful connections to source energy.

Reiki Energy

Yasmin began her work in energy healing through Reiki, experiencing profound personal healing that led her to pursue formal training. She is trained and attuned in Usui Ryoho Reiki, the primary system of Reiki practiced in the West since the 1940's.

Reiki is a complementary energy based modality that involves the channeling of universal life energy through a trained practitioner to support the recipient. The process is collaborative, with both practitioner and recipient participating in the flow of energy. Reiki is believed to support the body's energetic systems including chakras, auras, and meridians which are associated with physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Because all living systems are composed of energy, balance energy flow is essential for overall health. Energetic imbalance whether due to blockages, overactivity, or underactivity, many contribute to discomfort or a sense of imbalance in the body, mind, or spirit. Reiki works through a principle known as entrainment, in which energy systems vibrating at different frequencies naturally move toward harmony when in proximity.

As Reiki energy is channeled, its coherent, high-frequency vibration interacts with the recipient's energy field, supporting balance and optimized flow. This process helps create the conditions in which the body's innate intelligence can engage, supporting greater physical ease, emotional clarity, mental calm, and spiritual alignment for both the practitioner and the recipient.

Shungite Mineral

Yasmin first came across the miraculous shungite stone back in 2014 while attending a metaphysical class. She quickly realized that this modest looking stone had many uses and applications to support other energetic healing modalities. Numerous studies have shown Shungite to have a beneficial effect with water purification, protection from harmful EMF radiation, gardening, beehives, house plants, energy work, building grids, and water structuring. The uses are nearly endless once you realize all the energetic capabilities Shungite has and understand different ways it can be used or integrated into other products.

Yasmin now utilizes shungite in her practice by keeping herself in a shungite environment, always keeping some on her person and treating all her water with the stones.

Rife Machine

Yasmin decided to both widen and deepen her knowledge of energetic frequency healing by learning to incorporate Rife technologies. Dr. Royal Raymond Rife born in 1888 was a gifted scientist, studying bacteriology at John Hopkins University. If he needed an instrument to perform a new task, he simply invented it. What Dr. Rife claimed is that each microbe has it own resonance frequency. With the Rife technology, he bombarded the microbes of viruses and bacteria with light frequency which matched that of the microbe at an intense level. Use of his machine was said to cause the microbes to either explode or shrivel up and die. Since the frequency is different from any other healthy cells near the unhealthy ones, those cells are not damaged no matter how intense the frequency is. The results Dr. Rife reported are not unlike the wine glass which will shatter when an opera singer sings the right note at a high enough frequency.

Everything has a natural vibrating frequency. It is called the resonant frequency. Pathogens like bacteria and viruses also have resonant frequencies. If you transmit more of this same frequency to the microorganism, it causes structural stresses, and the pathogen is disabled or simply explodes like the crystal glass. Other organisms are not harmed, because they resonate at different frequencies. By using Rife frequencies, we can selectively kill the organisms which cause diseases without harming healthy cells and tissues. Yasmin works with a Spooky Rife device to provide a deep detoxification.

Scalar Energy

Scalar wave are all around us. They’re often referred to when talking about quantum physics, but the main point to keep in mind is that these waves are a natural form of energy that’s shaped like an hourglass. Scalar energy has been found to promote healing in the body by subtle energy frequencies. Scalar energy is created naturally; however, it can also be artificially engineered. The energy form of scalar waves has the ability to carry information which is why it has had such a profound effect on the human body. Over the years, research has discovered the many potential healing properties of scalar energy, making way for ‘energy medicine’ It has the potential to pass itself onto nearby items and repair itself when broken down. Aside from this, it is believed to have limitless possibilities. It is always available, free and renewable and so there is never a shortage in supply.

Scalar energy is the result of 2 frequencies that are identical in make-up come together from opposite directions and collide. This cancels out any free movement and a stationary energy field is created. This energy field is static. Scalar energy consists of circles of energy that radiate outwards in a balanced network. It creates a field of energy systems that are alive. Medically, it has the ability to break down molecular bonds of bacteria and fungi. It neutralizes radiation and other harmful man-made electromagnetic frequencies associated with the human body. It is these frequencies that cause illnesses and imbalance in the body.
